We want to welcome anyone who is new to our church! We know that it can be hard coming to a church for the first time, so we’d like to help you by letting you know what to expect when you come.
We are located at 2491 Lincoln Way in Denison, IA, right across the road from the Tyson beef packing plant. If the main parking lot is starting to get full, there are adjacent lots that are free for you to park in. We like to think of ourselves as a family. We won’t judge you by how you look or what you’re wearing, so feel free to dress comfortably. For basic schedule and information for our weekend worship services, please visit our Worship page.
During our services we sing worship songs lead by the praise band. We enjoy singing songs by artists such as Chris Tomlin, Phil Wickham, Paul Baloche, and many other contemporary artists. We also enjoy singing newer arrangements of the old hymns. There is a children’s message during our service, where all the children are welcome to come to the front and hear a short message just for them. Child care is available right after the children’s message. The Nursery (Ages 0-2) is in the back of the sanctuary, and on Sundays we have Children’s Church (Ages 3-4) upstairs. The message is typically given by Pastor Brian Rihner. We teach from the Bible as we learn what God has told us about His Son, Jesus, and how to follow Him.
