Our church is structured with a core group of Elders who focus on things like church vision, mission, and disputes. We also have 6 different councils that handle most of the church’s ministries. Each council has a chair that organizes the group and an elder to make sure that each council is adhering to the church’s vision as well as report back to the elder board.
